Alkaline Zinc Electroplating

Zinc electroplating is one of the most common electroplating method used in automotive & furniture industry.
With SST life of upto 200 Hours for Red Rust, by doing 10-12 micron zinc plating, it gives excellent finish and prevent base substrate from getting corrosion.
As only zinc coating is not ready to be used functionally, therefore an application of Passivates are applied which gives different colour options in the products like Iridescent (yellow), blue (white), black, etc.
We can increase white rust SST Life by using Top Coat chemicals which add upto 40 Hours in white rust & delay same duration for red rust appearance.
Alkaline Zinc-Nickel Electroplating

Zinc Nickel Electroplating gives usually 4 times of SST life upto 800 Hours when done 8 - 12 microns of Zn - Ni electroplating and is used in various applications in automotive industry, fastener industry, etc. It has very good wear resistance properties and can be used for similar application.
The passivates available for Zinc Nickel Electroplating are usually silver & black colour. We can increase white rust SST Life by using Top Coat chemicals which add upto 40 Hours in white rust & delay same duration for red rust appearance.
Alkaline Zinc-Iron Electroplating
--Starting at 0.50 INR Per Square Inch--
Zinc Iron Electroplating gives usually 2 times of SST life upto 400 Hours when done 8 - 12 microns of Zn Iron electroplating and is used in various applications across various industries.
The passivates available for Zinc Nickel Electroplating are usually iridescent (yellow), white (blue) & black colour.
We can increase white rust SST Life by using Top Coat chemicals which add upto 40 Hours in white rust & delay same duration for red rust appearance.
